Hi, I'm Lightbulb!

I'm a curious soul always on the hunt to learn more and try new things. My current obsessions are rock-climbing and acroyoga that I do with my beautiful wife, Jessica. My friends will tell you that I always show up to parties with some type of activity mainly because I hate sitting still. Throughout my life I've tried soo many diets and worked with so many coaches and I never could succeed- until I started working on one habit at a time. My own hardships are the reason I want to help you, so that you can succeed without all the failures.

Nutrition not only affects your appearance, but is responsible for the way you think and feel. We will teach you how to listen to your body and understand what foods are working with or against you. I won't force you to give up the foods that you love. but rather help add and create a balance that will help reach your goals.

My approach on coaching looks drastically different than any diet you’ve tried. I focus each week on small changes that take little effort but make a huge difference. I never want you to feel overwhelmed or disappointed in yourself throughout the process. And in a just a few months you will look back at where you started and see a HUGE difference.


My goal is for you to live a life that, yes is healthier, but is still YOUR life. Stop trying to be that instagram model, or marathon runner (If those are your goals we can make it happen) But we want you to live your own life and do what you enjoy while developing healthy habits.

I’m a real person that enjoys fitness but also enjoys a box of fruit roll ups from time to time. I’ve worked jobs that require 70+ hours a week and have also worked 20 hour jobs. I’m surrounded by real life events and parties and know what habits are necessary to build so that you can LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST but also maintain a healthy body.

We get it, you want that glass of wine or a few beers on the weekend- this isn’t cheating (It’s a part of life!!)


This is not a crash diet and not something that you’ll do for a year and then go back to normal. This is a lifestyle, its building one habit at a time to get you to the place that you want to be.


I want to be there to support you, to educate you, to give you the materials that you need to succeed. I want to take the stress out of it for you so that all you have to do is commit to a weekly phone call and focus each week on one single thing.

A diet is a special course of food to which one restricts oneself, either to lose weight or for medical reasons.

A habit is a regular practice, especially one that is hard to give up. Our goal is to create habits that will lead us to having a healthy diet
